Hi, I'm Colette, founder of Colette Skincare, and a licensed aesthetician with over 25 years of expertise. My journey into skincare is deeply personal, beginning not in a lab, but in my grandmother’s home.
My earliest memories are filled with the relaxing spa rituals and beautifully soft skin of my Polish grandmother, inspiring a curiosity that quickly blossomed into a lifelong passion. From sneaking moments to "doll up" my friends (and even my Dad!), to the professional studios of today, the joy of bringing out natural radiance has been my driving force.
A Professional Journey Forged with Industry Legends
That motivated me to formally train at the prestigious Lia Schorr Institute in New York City. My professional development flourished under the guidance of industry legends, having worked directly for cosmetic icons like Trish McEvoy, Bobbi Brown, and Laura Geller and Estée Lauder.
That passion led me to my career with high-end spas from coast to coast, where I serviced discerning clientele, including former client and supermodel Christy Turlington. I’ve even got her autographed magazine cover hanging up in my studio! This experience allowed me to hone my artistry, providing top-tier services and working in skincare sales and education.
A pivotal chapter was my time at Whole Foods Market as their skincare and makeup consultant for the New York Metro group. This is where I discovered the profound, transformative power of clean, natural ingredients and felt a calling to make this specialized knowledge accessible to everyone.
